Organizing the icon bar in QuickBooks with forms & reports that
you organize frequently will save you time and help
you identify the right form to use for the
financial transaction you wish to record. |

Step 1 |
Open up a form that you would like to add to the
icon bar, and select " add to icon bar" from view
menu.
Repeat for every form you would like to add.

Step 2

Open up a report that you would like to add to the
QuickBooks icon bar, and select " add to icon bar" from view
menu.
Repeat for every report you would like to add.

Step 3 |
Remove all the icons you do not wish to have on
your icon bar
From the view menu > select Customize icon bar >
Highlight the icon to remove > Click Delete
Next, reorder the QuickBooks icons so that they make sense.
Click on the diamond and drag up or down to reorder
