E-mailing in QuickBooks
|

Step 1: Set up your
company e-mail under the company Company menu > Company
information
Step 2: Set up the e-mail address in the customer list
Lists > Customer List > right click on a customer name &
edit
Step 3: Create an invoice and check off to be e-mailed,
then click on the send button at the top of the invoice
window
Step 4:You will come to this window:
Enter your e-mail address and click on Next |

On this
window
Click on "Click Here" |
 |
Next -
Click on
"No Thanks"
That should get
your company registered with the free e-mailing service |
