Participating in our
annual support plan will:
- Gives you access, at your
convenience, to a designated Certified QuickBooks
Advisor who is also CPA. It saves time having the
support of the same individual who knows your system
and knows how you conduct business.
- Get answers to specific "how to"
questions answered
- Have problems resolved in record
time.
- Spend 15 minutes to an hour
(sessions) with us learning features of QuickBooks that
you have not yet tackled. On-site support service
is generally a minimum of 3 1/2 to 4 hours of support
at one time requiring you to absorb more training and
how-to information than can be remembered. The
shorter sessions we offer will allow you to absorb new
information at a pace that works for you.

QuickBooks / Webex -
Remote Access Service -
over a secured server
allows us
to provide these services throughout the USA. Everyone
understands the convenience of having an expert in the
same office that will prevent you from spinning your
wheels. Now you can experience that same convenience of
with our annual support contract which includes the
remote access technology needed for that hands on
support!
Remote Access provides several
security features to protect your remote computer and
data from unauthorized access. We subscribe to the QuickBooks
/ Webex (http://www.webex.com/technology_security.html) remote access services.
This service is offered to accountants
and Certified QuickBooks Advisors to provide assistance
with accounting and QuickBooks software problems.
Strong data encryption will keep your data secure —
Webex Remote Access secures all
connections that you establish with our remote computer
with a proprietary encryption format. All data that
traverses a Remote Access connection—including screen
images, file transfers, and keyboard and mouse input—is
fully encrypted.
Multi-level authentication—To access a computer
remotely, you must authenticate at two levels:
At the first stage, you provide permission for our
Certified QuickBooks Advisor & CPA to make a
connection.
Once stage one is complete (takes 1 minute) there is application-level access
control permission —You provide permission for our
Certified QuickBooks Advisor to access only specific applications
(QuickBooks) on your computer. By
providing permission to share QuickBooks you are
excluding our Certified QuickBooks Advisor from accessing
any other part of your computer. This options prevents access to other
applications and data on the desktop, and network
resources.
At any time, you can close
the remote session by left clicking the mouse >
Click on the sharing button in the top right of your
screen >
then select stop application sharing.
When the sharing session has ended,
our QuickBooks Advisor will not be able to access your
QuickBooks or any other part of your computer. New
support sessions are readily established but you will
need to repeat the several phases of permission granting
for our Certified QuickBooks Advisor to work with you on
your QuickBooksCall
