Systems Requirements

  • Windows 8.1 Update 1, or Windows 10update/version supported by Microsoft
  • Windows Server 2012 or (R2), 2016, or 2019
  • 2.4 GHz processor
  • 4 GB of RAM minimum, 8GB of RAM Recommended
    • 1-5 users: 8 GB Ram
    • 10 users: 12 GB Ram
    • 15 users: 16 GB Ram
    • 20+ users: 20+ GB Ram
  • 2.5 GB disk space recommended (additional space required for data files)
    • Tip: To get the best performance from your QuickBooks file – store the database on a solid state drive.
  • 1280 x 1024 or higher screen resolution, supports one workstation monitor and 2 extended monitors
  • 4x DVD-ROM drive (unless user is downloading from Intuit server)
  • Payroll and online features require Internet access (1 Mbps recommended speed), DSL or Cable modem recommended
  • Product registration required

Integration with Other Software

  • Microsoft Word and Excel integration requires Office 2013-2019 or Office 365 (32 and 64 bit)
  • E-mail Estimates, Invoices and other forms with Microsoft Outlook 2013-2019, Microsoft Outlook with Office 365, Windows Mail, GmailTM, Outlook.com® , and other SMTP-supporting email clients.
  • Compatible with QuickBooks Point of Sale version 12.0, 18.0 or 19.0
  • Transfer data directly from Quicken 2016- 2021, QuickBooks Mac 2016-2021 and Microsoft Excel 2013-2019, and Microsoft 365 (32bit or 64bit)
