To view a report of existing permissions
Company menu > Users > Set up users and roles > click on the view permissions button in the lower left of the window

This report is meant to be printed, however, the print button is not working. We are waiting for an update release that will enable this feature. Once that is done, you can print to a PDF  (visit www.cutepdf.com for a free PDF driver)  then copy and paste the pdf into Excel.
